Circuit Training Monday 7.00pm-8.00pm

A form of conditioning combining resistance training and high intensity aerobics. An excellent class to improve mobility, strength and stamina.

Kettlebells Tuesday 6.15pm-7.15pm

Cast iron weight exercises that combine cardiovascular, strength and flexibility training.

Abs Blast Wednesday 7.00pm-8.00pm

This class features exercise that simultaneously increase your functional strength, flexibility and strength. The exercises will develop abs, stabilise your lower back and improve posture.

Chair Based Exercise Thursday 10.00am-10.45am

Chair based exercises help people with mobility issues to keep active. It helps to improve stamina, circulation, posture, strength, and assists mobility and sleep patterns. Great social opportunity to meet with others and enjoy the refreshments afterwards.

Zumba Thursday 7.00pm-8.00pm

A Latin inspired dance fitness class which has taken the world by storm. Made up of exotic rhythms set to high energy Latin, international and modern beats, it is easy to do, unbelievably effective and totally exhilarating.

Gym Circuits Friday 7.30pm-8.30pm

A circuit based exercise class using a mixture of cardiovascular and resistance machines to burn fat, tone up and get fit.

Legs, Bums and Tums Saturday 9.00am-10.00am

A class specifically designed to target those areas that most women hate!! An aerobic class, with a main section of the most effective toning exercises. Ideal for those wanting more definition of those 'hard to tone' areas.

Personal Training

Personal training sessions are currently free. These take place on a Tuesday and Friday evening. Please book in.
