Gedling Community Sports Centre hosts a brand new, State of the Art fitness suite.
This high spec room is in addition to the current facilities of 4 badminton court sports hall, gymnasium, football pitches, cricket nets, tennis and netball courts and artificial pitch. Plans have been made to build a trendy Multi Use Games Area that will be used as a diverse playing surface for a variety of activities.

New Fitness Suite!
The new fitness suite has been equipped by Johnson Health Tech with cardiovascular equipment from the 7000 series and a comprehensive selection of resistance machines.
This equipment is IFI accredited, as such, it has been adapted for use by disabled users.
The suite also boasts a wireless Fitlinxx system that will inevitably be hugely popular with gym members. This interactive gym management system links the fitness equipment together so that all workouts are coached, logged and tracked.
Fitlinxx then guides users through their individual workout programmes ensuring that exercise is performed safely and correctly.
Members can retrieve and review their workout history either at the workout floor kiosk, at the central computer station or at any time via the internet.
